SUMMARY:9th Annual Bass Fishing Tournament - Operation Blessing
DESCRIPTION:Operation Blessing\, established in 1980\, is located at 105 George Street in Cleburne.  OB is a faith-based organization whose mission is to share God's Word and His love\, and to let that love flow through to those who are hurting and in need.  Generous partners are the keys to our success and make it possible for us to provide local individuals and families in need with assistance and critical services.  As a 501(c)(3) organization\, we rely on your support to help us accomplish these goals.  We are governed by a Board of Directors and staffed by volunteers.  Our organization is locally funded and not affiliated with Operation Blessing International.  OB has been an integral support agency in Johnson County for more than 40 years.  We serve needy individuals monthly including seniors\, singles\, veterans\, families with children\, the homeless and disabled that live in our county.  We help people regardless of background\; we will do our best to assist or find some type of resource for their needs.  Free food and clothing are the main resources provided.  We receive food from the Tarrant Area Food Bank\, commercial vendors\, local churches and community organizations.  We distribute donated clothing\, houseware\, furniture\, bedding and baby items.  Our utility assistance programs are funded by corporate grants and donor dollars. \n\n\n\nPlease ensure the continued success of our programs by becoming an Event/Tournament Sponsor.
