Anne explodes with rage at the uppity Mrs.Lynde - breaks a slate over teasing Gilbert Blythe's head   unknowingly gets her best friend Diana Barry drunk on homemade wine   and almost dies from accepting conceited Josie Pye's dare to walk the ridgepole of the schoolhouse.\n\nYet\, in spite of terrible mistakes\, Anne's loving nature hugs its way into Marilla and Matthew's hearts\, and ends up changing their lives forever. And their hometown of Avonlea will never be the same.
