Women's Exercise Class - Pound/Cardio Dance
Fit4:8 Women’s Exercise consists of 45 minutes of Pound exercise followed by 15 minutes of Cardio Dance.
A 45-minute workout employing weighted drumsticks--low impact, including squats and lunges. It is a full-body workout with Pilates and yoga-inspired moves. All our moves can be modified along the movement spectrum to allow you to gradually build up strength to do small squats and lunges as a beginner and advance on your own to deeper, more challenging moves.
Afterwards, we will have 15 minutes of Cardio Dance!
Bring an exercise mat for the floor portion of the exercise. Come join the fun!Afterwards, we will have 15 minutes of Cardio Dance!

***Enter the building through the left front entrance where the children's wing is. We will be at the end of the hall in Children's Ministry Area C (Children's Gym). Doors are locked at 9:15 am, but you may call the number posted on the door to be let in anytime after that.
