Male Mentors Needed!!
JOHNSON COUNTY, WE’VE GOT STUDENTS WAITING
And they’re not waiting for a program.
They’re waiting for a person.
A person who will sit across the table from them.
A person who will ask about their week and actually listen to the answer.
A person who will celebrate the good stuff and stick around for the hard stuff.
Right now, students in Johnson County are still waiting for that person!
Those students have already said they want a mentor. Now we need seven adults willing to say, “I’ll be there!”
You don’t have to know exactly what to say. You don’t have to have a perfect story. You don’t have to be a superhero.
You JUST have to show up!
One hour.
One day a week.
One student who knows you’re coming back next week.
Let’s make sure the next time one of these students asks, “Do I have a mentor yet?” the answer is YES.
