About Us
AlevCare Hospice is a hospice care program serving Johnson County and the surrounding areas of Tarrant, Ellis, Parker and Wise counties. We are a Community-based organization striving to give back to Johnson County through education and providing care that alleviates pain, alleviates discomfort, alleviates concerns, alleviates spiritual concerns and alleviates stress.
When you or a loved one are diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, every moment matters; especially the moments spent with family, friends and enjoying your favorite activities. At AlevCare Hospice, our pain management and hospice care experts help to make the most of life’s precious moments.
