About Us

Meals on Wheels North Central Texas serves Johnson, Ellis, and Navarro counties by helping needy homebound elderly and disabled persons remain independent and healthy in their homes by providing home-delivered meals, daily personal contact, and support for individuals and their families. Dedicated and caring volunteers deliver hot meals Monday through Friday around the noon hour.

If you know of someone in need of help with meal preparation, please contact Meals on Wheels. There are no income restrictions, most clients are over the age of 60, and are unable to prepare a nutritious, well balanced meal on a daily basis.

Become a volunteer! Volunteers are always needed. It takes less than an hour to deliver. A meal and a smile can make all the difference!
