Stone Trough Wine Dinner

Stone Trough Winery would like to invite you to experience a very special Wine Dinner this month! We are opening up the VinoPhiles Wine Cellar for this event and pairing a selection of VinoPhiles wines (pairings to be determined) with an extraordinary meal prepared by Chef Richard Free. We will be serving Triple Cream Crostinis with Honey, followed by a Crab and Shrimp Tower topped with Lemon Beurre Blanc, then the main event - Surf (garlic butter poached lobster tail) and Turf (grassfed hickory smoked denver steak) with Hassleback Potatoes, and then finish with a Lemon Creme Brulee, OH MY!!!
