Monday - Thursday
3:30 pm - 2:00 am

$24.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform MIG welding (primarily pulse MIG) on a variety of metal components
• Utilize Flux Core welding techniques as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and other tools
• Fabricate and assemble parts according to specifications and quality standards
• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, fitting, cleaning, and tacking
• Set up and troubleshoot welding equipment and fixtures
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials
• Maintain production flow and complete required documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of welding/fabrication experience
• Proficiency in MIG welding (pulse MIG preferred) and Flux Core
• TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and use measuring devices accurately
• Strong basic math skills, including fractions and decimal conversions
• Must pass a weld test and interview process
• Must provide own welding hood, gloves, and steel-toe safety shoes
• High School Diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience considered in place of education)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• AWS certification preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
