SUMMARY Under general supervision from the Water Superintendent, this position is specifically charged with the laying, maintenance and repair of water lines, taps, valves, and setting and maintenance of fire hydrants. Meter Technician I
SUMMARY Under the general supervision of the Meter Services Supervisor. This position facilitates continuing water services to the public by providing skilled maintenance services. This is accomplished by setting, maintaining, programming, repairing and/or replacing new and existing water meters and associated infrastructure. Other duties include testing meters for and with customers and educating or responding to customer questions regarding the water meter infrastructure or utility billing
