About Us

My passion for the outdoors began early, spending countless weekends during my childhood hunting, fishing, and helping with operations on my family’s North Texas ranch. After graduating high school, I went on to play football at the University of Texas, where I was part of the 2005 National Championship team and graduated in 2007 - Hook 'em! A few years later, I had the opportunity to attend the respected TCU Ranch Management Program, graduating in 2010.
For more than 15 years, I have managed the Cross J Ranch in Bosque County while building a life in Glen Rose with my wife and three daughters. I'm an avid bow hunter, waterfowl enthusiast, and bass fisherman, even though it's hard to find the time in between the girls' sporting events these days haha! #proudgirldad
