Nestled on magnificent white limestone bluffs overlooking Lake Whitney, Texas is a golf resort with 2 courses with four star ratings from Golf Digest. The Old Course and The New Course offer dramatically different challenging but enjoyable rounds of golf. In January of 2022, the New Course and Old Course were recognized as the #1 and #2 public courses in the State of Texas by the annual Golfers’ Choice list generated by GolfPass. The New Course was additionally ranked #29 of the top 50 in the nation by GolfPass.

The resort offers a tremendous value with incredible building sites, a large Marina, condos and log cabins, and St. Andrews-inspired Mulligan’s Restaurant along with other amenities including 4 swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, meeting facilities and The Lighthouse Pub & Deck.

The resort is centrally located halfway between the DFW Metroplex and Austin and 20 minutes west of Hillsboro, easy to get to. White Bluff is a planned, 24/7, gated residential community with beautiful homes, residential lots and plenty of amenities sitting on 3,450 acres, and four miles of shoreline on Lake Whitney. The 62 miles of roads meander through gently rolling and heavily treed terrain inhabited by a large wildlife population including grazing deer and wild turkeys.
