Gilliam, Wharram & Co., P.C. is proud to announce that Leah Keeney, a Sabinal, Texas native and long-time Grandview resident, has earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.   Keeney graduated from Tarleton State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
