This group is by and for women looking for opportunities to build relationships, empower and support one another as they grow in positions of leadership in family, community, and business.
While geared toward women, the event is open to all and will be held at the Cleburne Conference Center. Seating is limited for this event, so register early!

Hear about one leader's personal journey and the lessons she learned as she navigated transitions in her career and faced extraordinary challenges, including leading a small business and start-up through the pandemic.
Sheeba Philip has led purpose-driven brands at startup, mid-size, and Fortune 50 companies, spanning numerous industries and non-profit sectors. Sheeba is passionate about building businesses that can create good in the community and the world. She was featured on InStyle Magazine’s 2021 List of “50 Women Making The World A Better Place”.
As a senior executive in the food & beverage industry, Sheeba led the World’s #1 Cookie, Oreo across 100 countries, helping moms and kids connect around the world. Sheeba also served as an executive member of the turnaround team for JCPenney. She led JCPenney’s marketing, helping modernize one of America’s most iconic retail brands. Sheeba also led the global marketing and communications efforts for International Justice Mission (IJM), the largest anti-human trafficking NGO in the world. Sheeba was recently the CEO of Akola, a luxury jewelry brand and retail start-up that provides living wage employment to marginalized women in Eastern Africa. She shepherded the business in the US and Uganda during the height of the pandemic, helping keep 200 women in Uganda employed. Under her leadership, Akola was named a top sustainable jewelry brand by Vogue in 2020.
Sheeba currently serves as a strategic advisor to CEOs and founders of purpose-driven brands, organizations, and early stage ventures across private and public sectors. Her advisory practice focuses on growth strategy, business reinvention, and brand marketing.
Sheeba’s leadership and work have been recognized by outlets such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, NY Times, BuzzFeed, People, and Vogue. She serves as a non-profit board member and mentor for entrepreneurs. She regularly speaks on transformative leadership and brand building. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
